Terms of Service
Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the operator of Eroticke Massaze Praha, registered at Bílkova 11, 110 00 Praha 1, and the guest (client) who books or uses the offered services.
Age requirement
The services are intended exclusively for persons 18 years of age or older. The operator reserves the right to request age verification by valid ID. By entering the website and making a booking, the guest confirms they are 18 or older.
Bookings
Bookings are made by phone, WhatsApp (+420 727 855 109) or Telegram (@bilkovamassage). A booking is binding once confirmed by the operator.
Cancellation and no-show
Free cancellation is possible at the latest 2 hours before the booked time. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full price of the booked service.
Parlour rules
Guests treat staff and other guests with respect. The operator reserves the right to refuse service to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or to persons behaving inappropriately.
Price and payment
Service prices are listed in the current price list on the website. Payment is made in cash or by card on site, usually before the massage begins. Any additional services are paid for separately.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document — Privacy Policy. Cookie information is in the Cookie Policy.
Liability
The operator is not liable for damage to valuables brought to the parlour by the guest. Guests store their valuables at their own risk.
Governing law
Relations arising from these terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be settled by the competent Czech courts.
Final provisions
The operator is entitled to amend these Terms at any time. The current version applies from the date of publication on the website. By continuing to use the services the guest expresses agreement with the current version.
